At PLAYBOOK, we’re building a next-generation digital platform that integrates community, learning, and financial literacy into one seamless experience.

The Head of Community will lead the expansion, engagement, and retention of our global network — shaping how members connect, collaborate, and stay inspired across 100+ countries.

This role blends strategy and execution: you’ll design scalable systems that foster connection, manage multi-channel engagement (including WhatsApp and in-app frameworks), and ensure that every member interaction adds value and drives renewal.

Must Have

  • 8+ years of experience in community leadership, engagement, or program strategy.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and people skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, Google Data Studio, or community platforms.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for community activations and ecosystem partnerships.

  • Deep curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, and a growth mindset
  • Structured, organized, and entrepreneurial approach
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and teams in fast-paced environments.
