Head of Member Success and Growth

As the Head of Member Success and Growth, you will own the full member acquisition and onboarding journey. Your mission is to drive new member acquisition, ensure a world-class onboarding experience, and foster immediate engagement.
This is an acquisition-focused role, requiring strong project management skills, external promotion, digital lead generation, event representation, CRM optimization, and direct member communication.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 4-6 years of experience in member growth, sales, partnerships, community management, or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and automation platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to represent a brand confidently at external events and high-profile engagements.
- Digitally fluent with a strong grasp of lead generation tools, content marketing strategies, and AI-driven platforms.
